Obama Purging the Military – 197 Officers in 5 Years

Editor’s Note – A baffling trend is underway and many in the military believe they know why. As reported by the Blaze and Breitbart, many are expressing their disdain and theories but one cannot deny the fact that Obama is purging the military. Here is some more proof and a video. The Blaze said this a few days ago about nine more officers recently purged:

“Nine senior commanding generals have been fired by the Obama administration this year, leading to speculation by active and retired members of the military that a purge of its commanders is underway.

Retired generals and current senior commanders that have spoken with TheBlaze say the administration is not only purging the military of commanders they don’t agree with, but is striking fear in the hearts of those still serving.

The timing comes as the five branches of the U.S. armed forces are reducing staff due to budget cuts, and as U.S. troops are expected to withdraw from Afghanistan next year.

“I think they’re using the opportunity of the shrinkage of the military to get rid of people that don’t agree with them or not tow the party line. Remember, as (former White House chief of staff) Rahm Emanuel said, never waste a crisis,” a senior retired general told TheBlaze on the condition of anonymity because he still provide services to the government and fears possible retribution.” (Read the rest here.)

There are statutory limits on how many command and flag staff officers can be in the military’s five branches at any given time so this kind of turn over really impacts the active officers’ corps. “Toe the line, or goodbye” seems to be the new mantra. A quick look at Wikipedia on the subject shows the actual limits, but now, someone has had to be very busy on this subject alone to keep their site current.

Here at SUA, we are not perplexed because we saw the ‘tea leaves’ long ago, heard the grape vine talk, and reported on it repeatedly in recent years. MG Vallely, our Chairman at SUA and our friends, family and network are fuming. Obama is destroying our military in favor of “his military”.

Exclusive: CIA’s Top Spy Steps Down

The secretive head of the agency’s National Clandestine Service is retiring amid reports of infighting over a reorganization of the intelligence service.

The director of the CIA’s National Clandestine Service, the storied home of the agency’s most secretive intelligence operations, has announced that he plans to retire, The Daily Beast has learned.

Purging the CIACIA spokesman Dean Boyd confirmed that the director announced his retirement “after a long and distinguished career at CIA. We thank him for this profound and lasting contributions to both CIA and to our nation’s security.”

As a practice, the CIA doesn’t identify the head of the clandestine service by name. But Frank Archibald was outed in a Twitter post in 2013, and details of his biography were known to some journalists. Archibald, who was 57 when he took the job that year, reportedly served tours in Pakistan and Africa and also headed the CIA’s Latin America division. The Associated Press reported that Archibald “once ran the covert action that helped remove Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic from power.”

Archibald’s retirement comes at a transitional moment for the CIA. The agency’s director, John Brennan, is considering major changes to the agency’s structure, including the possible creation of new intelligence centers and doing away with the traditional division of CIA into its analysis group and the clandestine service.

Obama Purging Military Commanders: “Anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged”…

Nine senior commanding generals have been fired by the Obama administration this year, leading to speculation by active and retired members of the military that a purge of its commanders is underway.

Retired generals and current senior commanders that have spoken with TheBlaze say the administration is not only purging the military of commanders they don’t agree with, but is striking fear in the hearts of those still serving.

“I think they’re using the opportunity of the shrinkage of the military to get rid of people that don’t agree with them or not tow the party line. Remember, as (former White House chief of staff) Rahm Emanuel said, never waste a crisis,” a senior retired general told TheBlaze on the condition of anonymity because he still provide services to the government and fears possible retribution.

“Even as a retired general, it’s still possible for the administration to make life miserable for us. If we’re working with the government or have contracts, they can just rip that out from under us,” he said.

Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration, said the White House fails to take action or investigate its own, but finds it easy to fire military commanders “who have given their lives for their country.”

Obama Changes Direction Of US Military Command, Fires 9th General In His Purge

Have you been paying attention to all the changes that Obama has been making in the US Military? I mean beyond all the political grandstanding and doing stupid things like locking the chaplains out of their posts during the government shut down (for which a Catholic priest in now suing the president). It seems that Obama has been engaged in his own private ‘purge’ of generals and other leaders at the very top of the US Military.

On October 12th, this story was even noticed by Dianne Sawyer of ABC News. You see, there have 9 top level military leaders and commanders fired or relieved of duty since April. Is Obama preparing things for some sort of big event? Nine top-level generals and commanders could definitely be considered a purge of sorts. Perhaps Obama is thinking about some options that the majority of Americans would be loathe to even consider? Several Pentagon Officials have been trying to warn the people to expect radical changes very soon. The Chinese are also thinking about getting out of the dollar and forming their own currency alliance. There is even the strong potential for 16 US States being shut down and handed over to the federal government due to such high levels of debt. Could martial law be coming?

There have also been reports that seem to indicate Obama has a litmus test for military officers these days. Apparently, he only wants officers who do not have trouble firing on US citizens. Several of these now retired officers have come forward and said that they think Obama is preparing for war against the US. We have also heard Obama himself talk about ‘My Military.’ Whatever you think might be happening, it is certainly clear that Obama is looking to change and move things in a different direction.

Obama Fires Top Nuclear Chiefs

Recently, reports have come out that the Obama administration has made an unprecedented move in firing a second military commander of the US Nuclear Weapons System. Major General Michael Carey has some of the highest clearances one can get in the military, being in charge of the most sensitive nuclear arsenals in our nation.

Lieutenant General James Kowalski, commander of the Air Force Global Strike Command is said to have made the decision to fire Carey, according to an anonymous official.

“20th AF continues to execute its mission of around-the-clock nuclear deterrence in a safe, secure and effective manner,” Kowalski said in a statement. “It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to relieve an officer who’s had an otherwise distinctive career spanning 35 years of commendable service.”

According to the Air Force, Carey’s firing was for alleged personal behavior and “conduct,” though it remains unclear exactly what that means. Officials said it did not have anything to do with gambling, the loss of a nuclear weapon, or sexual misconduct, which leaves one scratching their head as to what kind of conduct would have warranted his termination.

Carey commanded the 20th Air Force, which is responsible for a total of 450 intercontinental ballistic missiles at three bases across the United States.
